Express Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Some remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Delays & Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, natural events, or peak holiday periods.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels due to incorrect information provided.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
