We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit if the item is returned in unused, original condition with proof of purchase.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if your item:

is faulty or defective,

is unsafe,

is significantly different from the description or sample shown, or

does not perform as expected.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Returns Process
1. Contact us at eachglo@gmail.com to initiate your return.
2. We will advise next steps, including whether the item needs to be returned.
3. Once approved, return the item in its original packaging (if possible).
4. We will process your refund, echange or store credit within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is faulty, damaged , or incorrect, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

For change-of-mind returns (where accepted), you are responsible for return postage.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or certain items (e.g. custom made items), unless they are faulty under the Australian Consumer Law.
